So this is a little annoying, in order to use Visual Studio 2008 and Windows Azure, you need to run Visual Studio 2008 in Administrator Mode.
The reason it needs to do this, is it needs the elevate privileges to start the development fabric.
However if I already have the development fabric running, I would have thought it would be okay to not use administrator mode, nope not the case.
Ho hum, I hope this is something resolved in the future, as it's a little annoying
