I used to use this resource but it required copying from the source (e.g. Visual Studio), pasting into the web page, then copying to the clipboard, then pasting into your blog.
If you use Windows Live Writer (http://windowslivewriter.spaces.live.com/), I(http://dunnhq.com) have developed a plug-in that formats code straight from the clipboard(http://stevedunns.googlepages.com/codeformatterforwindowslivewriter). It's now a simple case of copying from the source and hitting the paste button in Windows Live Writer.
